New patients seeking an optometrist or optical services are always welcome.

For optical services such as glasses & sunglasses sales or repairs, no appointment is necessary.  However we do recommend booking an appointment for eye exams with one of our Optometrists by calling the office at 905-686-1551 or book an appointment online. You can speak to one of our friendly staff during regular office hours, or leave a message on the answering machine. We do our best to return any calls received by the following business day.

Saturday Appointments Available! All of our doctors take turns seeing patients on Saturdays. However, given that we are a family run business, we do close for Sundays, Holidays, and Long Weekends.

A note to new patients contacting us for the first time: when calling to book, have your health card handy. Please mention if you currently wear glasses or contact lenses. It’s also helpful to tell us when you last had an eye exam by either an Optometrist or an Ophthalmologist.
